At Ojas Cloud, our goal is to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Return Policy
You can request a return within in 12 hours of receiving the product.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
If the product was damaged in transit.
If the product is defective or not working as described.
If the wrong item was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 Hours.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or your Ojas Cloud Wallet.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 10 minutes of placing it or before the item is packed by the seller.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are marked as “Out for Delivery.”
4. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (such as fresh food, flowers, etc.).
Customized or personalized items (specially made on request), unless they arrive in a damaged condition.
